Under a 20-year power purchase agreement, Nautilus has sold the electricity produced from the solar PV plant to the Southern California Edison.
Nautilus Solar CEO James Rice said the company has brought another solar project online in the California state and has helped the state get a step closer to achieve its renewable portfolio standard goals.
"Nautilus Solar continues to be active in the California market and we are expanding our presence through a combination of greenfield development and project acquisitions," Rice added.
US-based Nautilus Solar develops, constructs, finances, owns and operates distributed generation and utility-scale solar electric systems and sells its generated electricity through long-term power purchase agreements.
