The company has received permit to generate and sell electricity from the Super Dordi Kha plant for 35 years.
The Super Dordi Kha project is estimated to begin operations by 2018.
Meanwhile, PHC is preparing a power purchase agreement (PPA) for the project.
PHC managing director Keshav Bahadur Rayamajhi was quoted by The Himalayan Times saying that the PPA will be prepared by July 2014.
The project will distribute 10% of the total investment as share to the locals that amounts to about NPR240m (€1.7m).
