Drilling is expected to start at the El Verdal-1 well in the Talora block on 12 September, and the planned total depth of this well is 6,520ft, targeting the Cretaceous formations of Tetun and Caballos.

Petrodorado holds a 55% beneficial interest and is the operator of the Talora block.

Drilling is expected to start at the Visure -1X well in the Buganviles block on 13 September, and the planned total depth of this well is 3,600ft, targeting the Cretaceous formations of the Lower and Upper Guadalupe and the Barzalosa formations.

The company expects to start drilling at the Tuqueque-1X well in the Buganviles block in the last week of this month, and the planned total depth of this well is 8,500ft, targeting Cretaceous formations of Tetun and Caballos.

Petrodorado will have a 49.5% beneficial interest in the Visure prospect and a 45% beneficial

interest in the Tuqueque prospect after performing its earn-in commitments.
