uSwitch.com rated the supplier top for its service to customers in a survey which ranked all the UK’s gas and electricity companies.
SSE is setting a good example to all energy suppliers. By managing their business effectively they have kept prices at a more acceptable level and they are the only major supplier to have assured their customers that they won’t raise their tariffs again in 2006, commented uSwitch’s Alan Tattersall.
The uSwitch.com survey, commissioned earlier this year, is the largest ever customer satisfaction survey of energy providers.
