The installed capacity of the phase I project at the wind power plant is 48MW and the plant is 100% owned by Huaneng Power.
The estimated total investment of this project is approximately RMB495m, of which 20% is project capital and will be contributed by the company from internal funds, and remaining investment will be funded by bank loans.
