This shipment is the first of many to follow in order to complete TSEL’s long-term module supply agreement for 207MW solar PV modules worth approximately $475m.
The company expects payment of $52.5m from TSEL to be completed in full by 10 December 2010.
Fidelis Energy president James Poole said that this delivery is an important milestone for Fidelis, as this is the first shipment of a multi-year contract with TSEL.
Fidelis Energy is focused on developing, constructing and operating solar energy projects exclusively or in partnership with other energy companies.
The company is also in the development stage of designing solar PV cell technology products, and plans to manufacture and distribute these products in the future.
