The contract includes delivery and commissioning of the turbines along with a 10-year service and maintenance agreement.

Delivery of the turbines is scheduled for mid-2011 and commissioning is expected in late 2011.

Vestas Americas president Martha Wyrsch said that this wind project will provide direct and indirect economic benefits to the American Falls community in terms of long-term jobs and property-tax revenues generated from the turbines.
