The 535 workers, represented by the United Steelworkers Local 8914, and the company signed a tentative collective agreement in mid-September.
Under the new four-year contract, workers are entitled to receive a 12% wage increase over the term of the agreement
The latest collective agreement is valid until 31 December 2017.
In August, the company ceased operations at the McArthur River and Key Lake facilities after workers issued a strike notice.
Contract talks began in November 2013 and the previous collective agreement expired on 31 December 2013.
Cameco and the union applied for conciliation under the Canada Labour Code earlier this year.
