The company will deliver more than 800,000 multi-crystalline panels for the power project, which is expected to generate approximately 350,000MWh of electricity annually.

Construction of the solar farm is slated to begin in mid-2011, with completion by 2013.

US based EPC service provider Zachry will oversee the installation and integration of the solar panels at the site.

Pacific Gas & Electric will buy the electricity generated by the solar project under a 20-year power purchase agreement pending approval of the California Public Utilities Commission.
