The agreement, worth $300m, also extends a nuclear fuel services contract for six Exelon reactors.

Under the contract, worth $300m, GEH will provide a ‘full portfolio’ of outage and inspection services to Exelon’s 14 BWR plants throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest and Northeast US.
GEH Nuclear Services and Fuels Senior Vice President Kevin Walsh said: "These contracts build on our decades-long support of Exelon’s reactor fleet.
"We look forward to continuing to support Exelon Generation with the best technology, fuel and outage services in the industry."
The agreement will run until the completion of the spring 2018 outage season.
The contract also includes assisting with refuel floor activities and performing under-vessel and inspection services for the boiling water reactor.
The fuel contract extends current work of Global Nuclear Fuel (a GE-led joint venture) at six Exelon reactors through 2018.
