A separate A$0.9 million project along Roberston Drive will also be completed in early 2008 and will include the installation of approximately one kilometer of underground line to support the Carey Park residential area and Halifax industrial area in Bunbury, Western Australia.
Marisa Chapman, Western Power spokesperson, said: The work represents a major network re-enforcement and will enable further development in Bunbury and the surrounding areas. People may have seen Western Power crews working near the Eelup Roundabout, opening trenches to lay underground power cables for the project.
