C M Nagel is a Germany-based private holding company with various investments mainly in the oil sector. Mr Nagel, has served as board member of five Canadian oil and gas companies, Pan Continental Oil, Inverness Petroleum, Newport Petroleum Corporation, Sentra Resources Corporation and Blue Mountain Energy.
