Mr Mallett began his career in 1979 as an engineer with Texas Eastern Transmission and has since held numerous roles of increasing responsibility, including acting CEO for Teppco. In 2006, he was elected as senior vice president of environmental, health, safety and training and will retain those duties for the time being.
Bill Ordemann, executive vice president and COO of EPCO, said: During his 28-year career with EPCO and its affiliates, Leonard has demonstrated exceptional technical and managerial skills.
