The plant consists of 13,920, 215W modules (KD215GH-2PU) and 12,900 235W modules (KD235GH-2PU).
The plant is being operated by the Italy-based ENERMILL Energie Rinnovabili, and is located in the Cigliano (Piedmont region).
Kyocera has also delivered more than 50MW of modules for three large-scale power plants in Spain, and agreed to supply modules for a 204MW project in Thailand.
Kyocera is engaged in the supply of solar power generating systems, telecommunications equipment, printers, copiers, electronic components, semiconductor packages, cutting tools and industrial ceramics globally.
