The agreement will provide Helix access to Venco’s product line to manufacture and sell by Helix through its distribution channel. Currently, Helix expects the agreement to allow it to distribute Venco products in the Americas, Africa, Middle East and South East Asia. Other countries are expected to be negotiated on an as needed basis.
