The company said it will convert the Charlotte terminal into a first-class operation from which it will build its fuel distribution business.
Eco-Energy has been active in the ethanol industry for over 20 years and is expanding its distribution footprint into the petroleum terminal side of the business.
Eco-Energy CEO Chad Martin said the opening of this terminal will enable the company to get further down the bio-fuel supply chain, diversify the company’s revenues, and set the foundation for a more vertically integrated platform for growth.
