A RHU-300 residual hydrotreating train has been depressurized to facilitate repairs to fix a leak at the unit’s heat exchanger, according to a filing to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

The facility was closed for three days following a citywide power outage in April this year.

Currently, BP is trying to sell the Texas refinery and another efinery located in California.
