Under the contract Isolux will construct 1,600km of high voltage transmission lines of 765 kV and 400 kV and five transformer substations.
The new power line will collect the energy from new power stations and transport across the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Isolux has bagged this contract through a tender process initiated by UPPTC which aims to upgrade the transmission network in the state in order to transport over 4,600 MW throughout the territory.
