Scheduled to be built in Setouchi City, Okayama Prefecture, the solar project is managed by special purpose company, Setouchi Future Creations.
Toyo Engineering will be responsible for the construction of the solar photovoltaic power plant, which will feature approximately 446,000 pieces of Trina Solar TSM-260PC05A high efficiency modules, on 260ha of city land on the former Kinkai salt field.

The project is planned to enter service in the second quarter of 2019.
