Wind Energy Services Company (WES) said that its operations base will be relocated to Gainesville, Texas.

WES is a wholly owned entity of Molded Fiber Glass Companies (MFG), a diversified manufacturer of composite components for wind energy equipment as well as products for the automotive, trucking, construction and defense industries.

Going forward, WES service centers will be co-located with existing MFG manufacturing operations, resulting in cost reductions for facility maintenance and human resource administration.

The MFG facility in Gainesville currently produces wind energy blades and a mix of other large composite products.

WES provides on-site FRP composite repairs and maintenance services for wind energy equipment, including new sites, retrofits and inspections.
