THE FOUNDERS OF US-BASED hydro licensing practitioners Lukas & Ayer, have announced that the business is set to close.
Fred Ayer and Tim Lukas said in a statement that while the four-year old business has proven to be successful, the three members of the company have come to varying places in their careers. They will part on good terms.
Lukas will continue to work with hydro project owners involved in FERC licensing efforts, while Ayer plans on offering planning, training, writing and facilitation services.
