During June 2006, the company acquired 74% of Limpopo Coal. In order to acquire 20% of Limpopo Coal, the company has executed an agreement with Tranter Holdings, and another to acquire the remaining 6% from Shangoni Bezwe Management Services.
The company would pay 1,990,000 of its shares for the 6% stake and 5,625,750 shares for the 20% stake of Limpopo Coal.
