Qualified consultant teams shall provide qualified personnel for services, including but not limited to the following tasks: Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering design and analysis for water conveyance, water/wastewater treatment and power plants. Other areas of specialised engineering will be needed to complete utility engineering projects and supplement the engineers at the City. Bids Close: 01 November 2004
