Swinerton Renewable Energy has unveiled plans to design and build over 120MW generation capacity at multiple solar utility plants in 2012.

The solar plants are expected to be built both domestically and internationally, will range between 5MW to 30MW.

The company, in addition, has launched an operation and maintenance (O&M) division and a new monitoring platform to manage the operations of solar plants.

"Our key customers requested that we provide O&M services based on our industry knowledge and expertise," said Hershman.

Swinerton’s monitoring platform has been contracted to manage over 150MW of utility-scale solar generation by 2012.
