A total of 12MWp was connected to the public power grid via the ultra-modern transformer substation built specifically for this project.

SAG Solarstrom secured the current valid feed-in tariff at EUR0.297 ($0.439) per kWh for this 12MWp, the company said.

The 48MWp solar PV system will be constructed on an area of 150 ha and is expected to be completed by the end of August.

The solar system is expected to generate 64,000MWh of electricity per year and can thus supply 14,000 four-person households.

SAG Solarstrom is a provider of high-quality PV plants configured individually for their customers.
