The order is as follows:
Pursuant to Section 58 of the Framework Regulations, relating to administrative decisions, cf. Chapter IX of the Activities Regulations relating to maintenance, cf. Section 13 of the Management Regulations, relating to general requirements for analyses, Odfjell Drilling is ordered to prepare a binding plan with set dates to ensure that the necessary maintenance is carried out, including classification, preparation of a maintenance program and measurement of maintenance efficiency on all facilities for which Odfjell Drilling is responsible, both permanent and mobile.
The deadline to comply with the order has been set at May 15, 2009. PSA must be notified when the order has been complied with.
