OGE Energy, an energy services provider, has announced that its senior vice president and CFO, James Hatfield, will resign from his position, effective July 11, 2008.
The company also announced that its controller and chief accounting officer, Scott Forbes, will serve as interim CFO pending board approval, until a permanent replacement is named.
Mr Forbes came to OGE Energy in August 2005, having served since 2002 as the senior vice president and CFO of Texas-New Mexico Power.
