NJCEP, a state-wide program administered by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (NJBPU), has designed the Pay for Performance program to provide incentives to commercial and industrial customers who upgrade their facilities through investments in energy efficiency.

As a partner, IBA will be part of a network that will provide technical services under direct contract to the participants of the program that takes a whole-building approach to energy efficiency and comprises of existing buildings component and a new construction component.

The scope of work for IBA includes development of an Energy Reduction Plan (ERP) for each project with a whole-building technical analysis via a traditional energy audit, a financial plan for funding any recommended energy efficient measures, and a construction schedule for installation.
