Companies may apply for both full exploration (EPCC) or reconnaissance (RCC) contracts.
Seven onshore areas included in the Mozambique fourth license round are Maniamba basin with 9,367 sq km, Middle Zambezi Graben with 30,095 sq km, Lower Zambezi Graben 19,181 sq km, Banhine 36,058 sq km, Mazenga Graben 22,812 sq km, Limpopo Graben 17,600 sq km and Palmeiras Graben 10,917 sq km.
