According to the company the system includes all of the components you need to put a transmitter into service:

• Manifolds: A standard series of 2 and 4-valve manifolds for pressure and differential pressure measurement; factory installed and tested Swagelok tube fittings with locking pin and gasket available.

• Instrument monoflanges: Provide isolation and vent functions for local instrument or indicator mounting.

• Self-venting single and double purge blocks: Complete with one venting valve, one integral filter, and one or two soft-seated check valves.

• Electric heaters: Heat manifolds and instrument bodies; ATEX Zone 1 Gas Group IIA, IIB, and IIC classified.

• Steam trace blocks: Heat transmitter bodies and manifolds; installed 10 mm or 3/8 in. Swagelok tube fittings.

• Seal pots: Valve fitted with high-temperature graphite packing and seals.

• Filling connector: Features integral, soft-seated, check valve; bolts to the flange face of pressure transmitters.

• Protective shade: Constructed from fire-retardant fiberglass with stainless steel fasteners; provides extra protection of electronic instruments against environmental conditions; mounts directly to mounting plate assembly.

Additional components include a choice of two mounting plate assemblies, port protector, purge orifice nipple, manifold kidney flange blank, and anti-tamper key.

The Swagelok modular 85 system allows the user to pre-assemble the system and can reduce field installation time and cost, according to the company. The system features metal-to-metal seals and parallel threads in accordance with BS-2779 (ISO 228/1).
