Matra said Well-13 was producing about 65 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and Well-12 produced between 100bopd and 150bopd.

In total, over 2,000 barrels of oil had been produced from the wells and regular sales were being made, though they were both fluctuating significantly and had not yet unloaded residual mud and completion fluids from the wellbore.

According to the company, neither well has yet stabilized and as expected both will require acid stimulation and/or pump installation to maximize production rates.

Pressure surveys and analysis will occur during the next two weeks and a plan to maximize production rates will follow.
