RWE sells UPS group
Claudius Peters Technologies, a subsidiary of Langley Holdings, has signed an agreement with RWE Solutions for the acquisition of the RWE Piller Group. The sale of Piller, a manufacturer in the field of high capacity uninterruptible power supplies, is part of RWE’s strategy to focus on energy related services.
