American technology company Itron has launched Nexergy, a new portfolio of key capabilities providing flexibility and cost-effective approach to smart grid deployments.
The company has introduced this portfolio of five distinct ecosystem architectures that couples meters, communication technology and software to meet specific business needs.
Itron vice president Remy Brill noted the firm believes it has developed the best approach to simplifying smart grid deployments all over Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Itron’s ecosystem approach provides a range of choices for utilities, such as Nexergy P2P, Nexergy PLC, Nexergy P2H, Nexergy P2C, and Nexergy SPS.
