The yearly emissions generated by all the participants involved in this project reportedly amounts to 77,000 tonnes of CO2, with the ultimate objective of reducing the emissions of all the homes taking part in this initiative by 8%.
With the arrival of summer, the third phase of the Huella Verde Iberdrola program has begun. For this new stage, the company has suggested conservation methods such as the responsible use of air-conditioning, since for every additional degree of temperature on the thermostat, electrical consumption is reportedly reduced by 1%.
