Endexx Corporation has purchased the Global Solaris Group for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition allows the US based Global Solaris to position itself to capture significant market share for solar and wind energy production projects in the Southwest US.
Global Solaris Alain Soutenet said Endexx can generate a consistent predictable revenue stream and receive the full benefit from tax credit through project ownership and power purchase agreements.
"The project portfolio approach further enhances profitability by minimizing the cost of capital through reinvestments." Soutenet added.
