The V-Series rectifier is the key element of Eltek Valere’s compact DC power system and integrated DC power system.

“The V-Series HE is a perfect example of the synergy between the former Valere rectifier products and the green HE technology of Eltek,” said Allen Pitts, president of the Americas for Eltek Valere. “Adding HE technology to V-Series systems really rounds out the Eltek Valere product line for U.S. carriers allowing us to meet their evolving needs while cutting their power related operating expenses.”

The V-Series HE features a voltage input range of 90-264 VAC and a power output of 21Amps. The rectifier provides full digital control, with a simplified structure and more intelligent monitoring. Fully compliant with Eltek Valere’s compact DC power system and integrated DC power system, these systems are installed in thousands of wireless and remote terminal locations across North America.

The V-Series HE also features the versatility, scalability, and hot swap capability for optimal system design and cost-effective deployment, from initial install to future upgrades and a BC controller, which optimizes it for complete monitoring of the rectifier and other system elements for remote radio base stations in a mobile network or onsite for small sites in a fixed network. Additionally, the rectifier includes a self-protective feature that allows for adjustment to output power depending on temperature and input voltages.

Availability:

The V-Series HE will be generally available in Q1 of 2010.
