Rodsand II, which is reportedly the largest offshore wind farm in E.ON’s portfolio, will have a capacity of around 200MW and will provide enough clean, renewable energy to power 200,000 homes – a full 2% of total Danish power demand.

Hakan Buskhe, CEO of E.ON Sverige, said: Rodsand II, a wind farm that is almost double the biggest Swedish wind farm Lillgrund in Oresund, will reduce the carbon dioxide emissions with 700,000 tones in the Nordic power system.
