The sale of the project is valued at around $44.3m, while it has resulted in net proceeds of $20.8m to the company.

Following the sale of the hydroelectric power project, the installed capacity of the company has reduced to 517.8MW.
China Hydroelectric is an owner, developer and operator of small hydroelectric power projects in China. It currently owns 25 operating hydropower stations in the country with total installed capacity of 517.8MW, of which it acquired 21 operating stations and constructed four.
