As per the contract, CER will design, manufacture and install a waste heat recovery system for a new sulfuric acid plant located in Hubei province.

The waste heat recovery system is scheduled to be complete in the second quarter of next year.

Upon completion, the system will be capable of producing 1,128 tons of steam-per-day at 185C and 1.0mpa.

CER chairman and CEO Qinghuan Wu said the waste heat recovery system that will help its new sulfuric acid plant be more energy efficient and less expensive to operate.

With this contract, CER has orders for over $150m in waste heat recovery systems to be delivered through fiscal 2012, the company said.

CER is engaged in the design, fabrication and installation of waste heat recovery systems.
