Under the terms of the agreement, Tomark will act as the distribution agent for BioSolar’s BioBacksheet product.
BioSolar CEO David Lee said the Tomark typically partners with reputable manufacturers to create high value, innovative products.
"We see them as the ideal partner for the distribution of our PV backsheet products, as well as future products under development," said Lee.
BioSolar’s BioBacksheet is the first UL certified solar panel backsheet made from renewable materials.
