According to Anesco, the fund has acquired three further solar PV sites based in Radstock and Culm Head in Somerset and Codford St Mary in Wiltshire.

As part of 20-year agreement, the sites will be managed by Anesco through its monitoring and maintenance service AnescoMeter.

Anesco will also involve in the asset management of all three sites, including all accounts, as part of the deal.

Anesco CEO Adrian Pike said the company’s strategy to develop sites in the winter months and build them in summer or autumn has paid dividends due to the unforeseen weather conditions in the UK.

"We’re delighted to have switched on another three solar farms for BBIP, which makes a total of six that they have purchased from us," Pike added.
