Both the countries are looking at projects in Ecuador’s Block 29 Amazonic region along with Blocks 5 and 39.
The projects are to be conducted by Petroecuador and Sonangol, according to Angop.
Ecuador is to take over the presidency of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) from Angola on January 1, 2010.
