W2 Energy will also use the Therm2Volt System to turn heat into electricity in their mass-to-energy plants that will increase its thermal efficiency.
W2 Energy has issued to Lawton 250,000 shares of its common stock for the rights to Thinking Home. It has also issued 1,000,000 shares of its common stock for the rights to the Therm2Volt system.
More than 1200 copies of Thinking Home have been sold over the last nine years. Presently, Thinking Home controls all aspects of a home’s energy system through computer and/or voice activation. W2 Solar will convert Thinking Home Software into a Windows-based software system that will control commercial buildings around 100,000 square feet and more.
W2 Solar also appointed Lawton as chief technologist of the company. He will be helping the company to market, design and service all of its solar energy installations. Lawton’s experience includes serving as an electrical engineer, software engineer and solar energy system designer and installer.
