The news report noted that, under the agreement, Vemex and Moravske Naftove Doly (MND) will construct a gas storage facility, with a capacity of 370 million cubic meters, in the eastern part of the Czech Republic.
The gas volumes extracted by MND will be reportedly purchased by Vemex. MND, in which E.ON Ruhrgas has a stake, has sold a majority of the 103 million cubic meters of natural gas it has produced in 2007, to E.ON.
