TN-K Energy will be the operator of the well and expects to begin drilling operations within the next ten days.

Earlier this month, the company completed the 10 well checkerboard lease acquisition on the JR Clark lease in the Exie Quadrangle with Americas Energy, Travis and Mitchell Coomer.
TN-K Energy is an independent energy company with operations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
