Turbo CAST incorporates the latest in heat recuperation technology that allows for the recovery of up to 90% of the thermal energy used in the system.
The new technology for wastewater treatment and recovery is designed for use in areas where energy costs are high and in applications where there are high wastewater flows.
The company said Turbo CAST joins Thermo CAST, Mobile CAST, and CAST in its family of recovery technologies.
ThermoEnergy also said its wastewater recovery systems provide cost-effective solutions for the secondary treatment of wastewater and the recovery of process chemistry.
ThermoEnergy CEO Cary Bullock said Turbo CAST will be incorporated into all of the company’s wastewater recovery systems, including systems for recovery of ammonia, metals, BOD and glycol.
