Ms Webb has more than 20 years of diverse experience and has managed multi-million dollar operations in Ohio, Georgia and Florida. Most recently, she was a hub director for Avita Community Partners. In this role, she was responsible for the overall operations of a behavioral health and a developmental disabilities facility, including human resource activities; contract negotiation and development; community relations, governmental contracts and collaborations; and budgetary oversight.
