SunEdison, a solar energy services provider, has appointed Martin Hart as a nonexecutive, independent board member and chairman of its audit committee.
Mr Hart brings more than 30 years of independent board and executive management experience to SunEdison.
Mr Hart has served on the boards of many companies, including restaurant chains such as Pizza Hut, financial institutions such as Pacific National Bank Financial Group (merged with US Bank), and various companies within the technology, construction and internet industries.
