Radiant, a provider of technologies and payment systems to the petroleum, convenience store and entertainment industries, has had its point-of-sale system certified with the ConocoPhillips network for processing credit, debit and fleet card transactions.

The certification means that Radiant’s touch-screen point-of-sale (POS) facilities will become available at ConocoPhillips sites throughout the US market.

We’ve used Radiant products since 1993 because our retail environment demands the utmost in speed of service and customer focus, said Carey Johnson, president of EZ GO Foods, Radiant’s first client within the ConocoPhillips network using Radiant point-of-sale.

The Radiant POS integrates into retailers’ existing back office and price book systems through the PCATS-NAXML compatibility standards. Utilizing these standards, Radiant’s open solution improves the detail and breadth of the data provided to the back-office systems while providing consumers with a faster and more convenient service in the store.
