The assignment will include independent engineer services comprising construction monitoring and inspection during the entire construction period.

Scheduled to be completed by the end of 2018, the 400MW LSS2 hydropower plant will have a mean annual energy output of 1.97 billion kWh.

Being developed by Hydro Power Lower Se San 2 Co, the project is located on the main stream of the Se San River in Se San District in Stueng Traeng province.
